For the first time in my life, I've experienced a major time zone difference. From Singapore's GMT+8 to Dubai's GMT+4 and to UK's GMT+1. It's something that is completely new to me as the max I've gone before is 1hour difference.
So let me elaborate, as I'm typing this post, my body clock is telling me that it is 0418am, which is the Singapore time. But the physical time here is actually just 1218am. So all my meals and sleeping are getting messed up. I will get hungry and want to eat at 9am because it's 1pm in Singapore. And I will feel very sleepy at 9pm because it's 1am in Singapore. Now that I'm going to UK and Europe, there will be more difference. Hope I get adjusted to it quickly!

On another note, I was asking Heex a question about people who travel often(by plane). This question struck me because of the long flight from Singapore to Dubai (7hrs). So it goes like this, does a person who does his travelling westwards age faster than a person who is not travelling?
For example: if person X travels from Singapore to Dubai at 12 midnight Singapore time, and the journey takes 7 hours, X will reach Dubai at Singapore time 7am (Dubai time 3am). But to his friend Y in Singapore, who does not know how long the flight was, X is only 4 hours behind his time because of the timezone difference. So in essence, X spent 7 hours to "go back" in time for 4 hours, which meant that X spent an additional 3 more hours of time than Y!
Similarly, a person travelling eastwards will "save" time. Recall the fiction story Around the World in 80days, where the guy actually reached a day earlier? (is this part fiction as well? I didn't really read this book, haha)
I think my understanding is quite limited to this time/space physics thingy, so anyone who can enlighten me please do so! :)
