The End is just the Beginning

39 DAYS...
3 TIME ZONES
11 COUNTRIES...
21 CITIES...
6 PLANE RIDES...
MANY TRAIN RIDES...
AND THOUSANDS OF KILOMETERS

We've completed our Epic Europe adventure. It's really an eye-opening experience for me, given that it is my first time in Europe. Initially, all the museums and churches and cathedrals are impressive and interesting. But after visiting a few cities, it's hard NOT be to sick and tired of them. Therefore, my take on this is, don't visit everything together, split up your trip if you can with breaks in between. This will definitely make all the places you visit more interesting and meaningful.

I can't really say that the trip is fun, unless the definition of fun is to look at old buildings and paintings. But it is definitely a culturally and historically rewarding holiday. Nonetheless, I am sure I'll be able to find some FUN in Vienna!

Many people told me that it is very tiring to visit so many places at once. But I don't feel it at all. Perhaps after being NS-trained, I'm able to sleep in any moving and shaking vehicle easily, thus train rides = sleep. Haha. Furthermore, we embraced the European lifestyle during the trip, which is being chillax everywhere. We took breaks and had siestas in the afternoons, which ensured we had sufficient energy for the enduring trip ahead. :)

So... the epic Europe Trip is over... but my exchange semester has not even started! Hahaha! There will definitely be more trips to come, and more about the life here in Vienna. I will post them up regularly when time permits!

As I'd said: This is just the beginning!
